With his background at American Buildings Inc., and his desire to live and work in this community, Marty became a state certified builder and formed Chi-Mar Construction LLC. In just five years, and through his dynamic vision, he has had a dramatic impact on the local business community. He is known for "making things happen" and keeping residential construction on time and on budget.
